    At this time Has Bean is a business to consumer website, we do not do business to business transactions so we are unable to remove VAT for EU business

    VAT is automatically removed on shipping address out side of the European Union. You will be liable to local import charges and local taxes. Within the EU these do not apply.

    Shipping is 1-4 days for standard goods from dispatch. An item can not be claimed as lost until 10 working days have passed.

    It depends on the weight on the product, but for the UK we use royal mail and UPC parcels.     We roast to order here, so there are rare occasions your order maybe slightly delayed. But this is so we can maintain the freshness. On most occasions your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.
